Muffins topped with scrambled egg

Today’s happiness: My breakfast this morning comprised of muffins (the English breakfasty, non-cake type) halved, toasted and topped with lovely fluffy scrambled eggs. It’s an even better combo than scrambled eggs on toast – somehow the yummy soft doughy-ness of the lightly toasted muffin just adds an element of awesome. It’s a great way to start the day and I really recommend it!
